There's a quaint Japanese store not too far down the street from where I live. I must admit I love going there. They have all sorts of high-end knick knacks from Nippon there, including a small assortment of quality pens. I knew as soon as I saw the Delfonics pen on display in a fancy case I just had to have it.
I'm a big proponent of Japanese-made pens when it comes to drawing, but I never have had the pleasure of using a Delfonics product. My first impression is all good. The pen handles so easily, and is very light. The ball point smoothly rolls across paper. The ink output is consistent and very little pressure need be applied.
I'm inspired to hit the sketchbook now, so let me put this blog down and get working on the next strange Frank Bruce piece of art...
